Close to were I needed to go. Breakfast was great and hotel staff very friendly and accommodating.

Location close to Chico State.

Clean, roomy and quiet for three people for overnight visit. Seemed secure with interior corridor and key locks. Parking was good and they had luggage racks to help move our suitcases.

Breakfast was very nice. Our location was geographically good enough.

The hotel was quite and in a great location.

The staff was awesome, big kudos goes out to Best Western staff member Angela H. She went out of her way to ensure everything was perfect. Hotel was safe and clean. Definitely recommend this hotel to family and friend's.

Clean friendly safe great breakfast

It was close to the race track, thats about it.

Large rooms that were fairly quiet. There is a lawn area out front where we were able to walk the dog. There were dog poop bags available in the front desk area. There is also a table with chairs out front near the lawn that is for smokers, which I thought was considerate of the hotel to provide. The hotel is near Trader Joes, the Cinemark movie theater, and various food and beverage options.

The hotel is nice. We loved that the pool was outside, away from everything. The staff were amazing and very kind. The breakfast was excellent!!

The staff was extremely accommodating. A gentleman from Maintenance even lead me back to reception because the room I was given had a broken entry lock. He only spoke broken English, yet got me to someone who could explain his concerns. Excellent Staff!

The cost of budget motels in the USA has no relationship to the service provided. This is a low end accommodation at a high end price.

Centrally located. Easy freeway access. Sided a shuttered Kmart, but just beyond that parking lot were several restaurants and shops. Easy to get a meal. Free breakfast is always great. Being such a hot time of year, having the ice machine was also helpful.
